Reason for facing this particular problem or opportunity | By working on the Diversity & Inclusion topic children can help to: 1. identify Unconscious biases: People tend to have unconscious biases based on factors such as race, gender, age, and culture. These biases can lead to unfair treatment and exclusion of certain groups. 2. identify Stereotypes: Stereotypes are oversimplified beliefs about a group of people, and they can lead to discrimination and prejudice. Stereotyping can also lead to unconscious biases. 3. Improve the issue of Lack of awareness: Many people may not even be aware of the challenges that others face in terms of diversity and inclusion. Without this awareness, it can be difficult to make meaningful changes. |
